Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at marty@jamandthread.co.uk. If your return is accepted please return your items to Jam and Thread Kidswear,2B Quay Street, Larne Co.Antrim ,BT40 1HL. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that are exempt from returning are Hair accessories/underwear, socks and Tights this also includes any item that has been personalised /customised Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The best way for exchanges will be to email us the details at marty@jamandthread.co.uk so that we can check stock availability for same item or similar items in stock. 


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We have the right to cancel any order before purchase, after purchase and during the purchase process.

Please Note:

-Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition.
-We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
- We do not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
-Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of J&T.
-Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
-Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
-J&T does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
